To facilitate discussion on the local market, the Australian Chamber of Commerce (AustCham) in Korea is pleased to invite you to join our upcoming webinar, 'Tech and Innovation in Korea: Insights for Global Companies Interested in the Korean Market'.


Taking place between 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm KST on October 7, 2021, the event will include three presentations sharing insights into the how businesses and individuals can leverage different strategies to succeed in Korea.


To start, we will be hearing from Sokjin Chang, Director of International Cooperation at Born2Global, who will present on the 'Technology Innovation Ecosystem in Korea'.

Following the first presentation, Craig Goldblatt, VP of Partners and Alliances at Globalization Partners, will delve deeper into the role of technology in helping break down market-entry barriers, in a presentation titled 'Agility in Complexity - How remote work technology can bridge the gap'.


Finally, we will hear from William Choi, Founder at Posture360, sharing insights into the company's experience expanding to the Korean market.


The presentations will be followed by a Q&A session, moderated by AustCham Korea's Board Member and Co-CEO of JOST & Co, Jo Billing.

    Director of International Cooperation at Born2Global

    Sokjin Chang is the Director of International Cooperation at Born2Global Centre, the Korean government’s global startup incubation and acceleration agency under the Ministry of Science and ICT.

    Prior to his current role, he worked primarily in the Korean government sector, including the former Ministry of Planning and Budget, Ministry of Economy and Finance, and Presidential Council on National Competitiveness. He also served as the Advisor to the Chairman of Korea Development Bank, and has experience in global investment fund management. His career has been focused on international cooperation, development assistance, and capacity building for developing economies.

    Having studied in Argentina, Malaysia and Korea, he holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in Korea.

    Prior to this role, he was with ADP for 7 years where he reshaped the business and developed a strategy for growth, having been awarded with two President’s Club, one Board of Directors and one Super Stars. Craig has vast experience in in the areas of Business Management, Sales, Operations, Software Development, Project Management, IT Outsourcing and in Services leadership.
