One month after International Women's Day, AustCham Korea is pleased to invite you to a special follow-up event exploring the roles of 'Champions of Change: Male Leaders Championing Gender Equality in Their Fields'.


Hosted at 11:30 am KST on Thursday, April 8th, the virtual panel will bring together high-profile experts with extensive industry and leadership experience across Asia. Our panellists include Alfred Bae, Head of Research & Analysis, Korea at ‎ANZ, Felix Busch, General Manager at Millennium Hilton Seoul, Ken Nam, Of Counsel, Seoul at Herbert Smith Freehills, and Andrew Wagner, Investment Director and Country Head, Korea of Blueleaf Energy Asia, a Macquarie | Green Investment Group company. The panel discussion will be moderated by Jo Billing, Director & Co-CEO at JOST & Co, and Board Member at AustCham Korea, and will build upon the March 8th panel discussion, 'Choose to Challenge:Exploring Women's Leadership in Australia and Korea'.

  • Proactive ways to engage leaders to help achieve gender equality, with a significant and sustainable increase in the representation of women in leadership
  • Insights on gender diversity policies successfully adopted and implemented by various companies and organisations
  • Reflections on their personal experiences as leaders of multicultural teams across the globe
