Jo is a veteran and pioneer of organisational change as we know it today, having worked in the change management industry for over 20 years across a vast span of industries, countries and cultures. This includes Australia, Singapore, Thailand and the US for companies such as Lonely Planet Publications, Andersen Consulting, ANZ Bank and BP.

With a genuine love and curiosity for understanding and motivating people, she has developed and delivered a multitude of methodologies and leadership development courses throughout her esteemed career. Jo has consistently established innovative ways to increase employee and client engagement and unleash the true potential of leaders across a broad range of organisations.

Sokjin Chang is the Director of International Cooperation at Born2Global Centre, the Korean government’s global startup incubation and acceleration agency under the Ministry of Science and ICT.

Prior to his current role, he worked primarily in the Korean government sector, including the former Ministry of Planning and Budget, Ministry of Economy and Finance, and Presidential Council on National Competitiveness. He also served as the Advisor to the Chairman of Korea Development Bank, and has experience in global investment fund management. His career has been focused on international cooperation, development assistance, and capacity building for developing economies.

Having studied in Argentina, Malaysia and Korea, he holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in Korea.

William Choi is a tech entrepreneur, speaker, and advisor to high growth companies and most recently the Founder & CEO of Posture360, a SaaS platform that relieves backpain with sensors embedded into posture correcting products. With 2 successful exits, and having led investments and teams in several startups ranging from retail to AI, he has received several innovation awards and recognized for his achievements.

William is a founding director of posture correcting startup BackJoy Orthotics, an Inc 500 Fastest Growing Company based in Boulder, Colorado, and led Korea’s growth to #1 in Asia and #2 globally.

William has been a guest lecturer at Seoul National University, Korea University, HUFs, and Sungyugwan University MBA Programs, is on the Clinical Leadership & Entrepreneurship Program Faculty at the UEA based in the UK, and an Executive Director of Startup Seoul Accelerator.

Craig Goldblatt is the Vice President of Partners & Alliances for Globalization Partners business in Asia Pacific (APAC). In this capacity, he is responsible for ANZ partnership initiative as well as help the company to drive APAC wide partnerships.

Prior to this role, he was with ADP for 7 years where he reshaped the business and developed a strategy for growth, having been awarded with two President’s Club, one Board of Directors and one Super Stars. Craig has vast experience in in the areas of Business Management, Sales, Operations, Software Development, Project Management, IT Outsourcing and in Services leadership. Primarily in the industries of software, BPO services, cloud software, banking and finance.
