Adeel has significant experience in South Korea’s mobility sector, working with clean energy, urban air mobility and machine vision solutions, where he has worked with automotive OEMs, major conglomerates and government agencies.

He has worked at Intralink, a UK-based business development consultancy, for more than 5 years, during which time he has secured licensing and sales revenues for international firms with Korea’s largest groups, including Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics and Hyundai Motor Company.

Originally from Canada, Adeel has lived in Seoul for more than 10 years and is fluent in Korean. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto.

Jeff commenced his career with Audi in 1998 in Australia and is now leading Audi Korea since September 2019. Previously responsible for the Middle East region and South East Asian markets. Jeff has gained extensive global experience and developed diverse skills in multi-cultural environments during his portfolios. Also, Jeff has been responsible for all facets of the Automotive industry, developing strategies for business growth in many countries.

The Automotive industry is currently in a rapid mode of change, with electrification, autonomous driving, digitalization and the experience of overall mobility driving the next generation of products and concepts. Sustainability of the industry itself and the environmental impact of human mobility are extremely important pillars for growth for all industries.

Jeff received a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Newcastle in Australia.

Sandra is currently Chief Representative of Woodside Energy Korea looking after Woodside’s client relationship and new business development for LNG and hydrogen. Prior to starting at Woodside Energy, she had a career with Samsung Heavy Industries. Throughout her career, Sandra worked on global oil & gas projects across multiple countries including Australia, Indonesia, Nigeria and Mozambique.

Sandra completed her undergraduate studies at Johns Hopkins University and graduated from Ewha Woman’s University with Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Masters of Language (Korean English Bidirectional Interpretation).

Dr. Kyung-Nam (Kevin) Shin worked at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for 15 years as a senior staff. As a Principal Financing Partnerships Specialist, he mobilized substantial amounts of financial resources from the public sector and the private sector. Mr. Shin developed various financing framework agreements between ADB, governments, multilateral and bilateral development banks, and international financing partners. As a Senior Financial Sector Specialist (Mission Leader), he successfully processed lots of project loans in the areas of climate technology related infrastructure financing, public resource management, financial/fiscal management, ICT/MIS, and development planning and management in South Asian countries. Mr. Shin also developed ADB’s operations manual, bank policies, and operational procedures. He advised many project teams on financial and legal issues relating to project processing, administration, capacity development, and project evaluation.

Before joining ADB, Dr. Shin worked at the Ministry of Finance and Economy (MOFE) of Korea as a senior official for more than 13 years. He contributed to MOFE in the areas of international finance, official development assistance, public resource management, public accounting, and national tax. Through Dr. Shin’s professional working experiences at MOFE and ADB, he has established comprehensive networks with senior level of decision-makers at various ministries in the developing countries, international financing partners, and relevant stakeholders which are essential for him to identify, develop, and process multiple project loans in line with the needs of the developing countries.
After his work at ADB, since January 1997 until May 2020, Dr. Shin worked as a Director-General at Green Technology Center (GTC), a Korean government agency for the development of green and climate technology projects under the Ministry of Science & ICT. During his stay at GTC, he developed multiple creative green growth, climate adaption and low-carbon emission infrastructure projects in various areas including renewable energy, low carbon transport, urban solid waste management, waste water treatment, and carbon capture utilization & storage in Asian and African countries. Since July 2020 until April 2021, he worked as a Professor at Kyung Hee University. He was a member of government committees including Committee for International Development Cooperation (CIDC) under the Prime Minister’s Office and Committee for Climate Change & Environment under Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).

Dr. Shin is currently working as Assistant Director-General and Head of Investment & Policy Solutions Division at Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI), a leading think-tank international organization with a mission of promoting green growth and climate resilient development for developing countries.
He has received a Bachelor Degree on Economics and a Master Degree on Public Finance at the Seoul National University. He studied law at Columbia University School of Law and obtained a Juris Doctor. He is New York State Attorney at law and Korea Authorized Public Attorney (APA).

Eric Wang (Co-Founder and CEO of WIND Mobility)

Eric Wang is the co-founder and CEO of Wind Mobility. Wind Mobility is a leading micro-mobility and scooter sharing platform in Europe, Israel and Asia. Eric also co- founded BYKE, the first dockless bike sharing startup in Germany.

Prior to this, he was an executive at Zenjoy, a leading consumer Internet gaming company, in charge of International Operations, Business and Corporate Development. Eric also co-founded one of the first Chinese ride sharing startup in 2011, following the completion of his master thesis on The Potential of Carsharing and Ridesharing in Local Transportation Development.

Eric started his career within the Mergers and Acquisitions group in Merrill Lynch in New York after graduating from Columbia University.
