To shed light on this important subject, AustCham Korea is pleased to launch our skills workshop series with a special leadership workshop on 'Purpose Led Leadership in the Post Pandemic Times', presented by Elsie Yung, Founder of Elsyung Consulting.
Purpose-led leadership is characterised by actions that create a clarity of purpose to gain (and sustain) employee engagement and motivation by aligning individual's values to the broader organisational vision, mission, and objectives. It can be taken-up by senior leaders and junior managers alike, helping to inspire employees at all levels of the organisation.
